Terms & Conditions

The accuracy and timeliness of our work depend heavily upon the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. You agree to:

• Provide all necessary financial records, bank statements, receipts, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure all data provided is accurate, lawful, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Maintain secure access to any third-party accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) if we require access.
• Respond promptly to requests for clarifications regarding uncategorized transactions.

We are not liable for any penalties, interest, or financial discrepancies arising from inaccurate, withheld, or delayed data provided by the client.

Fees for our services are outlined in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for retainer-based clients.
• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date (Net 14).
• Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• We reserve the right to suspend services if accounts are more than 30 days past due.

We treat your financial data with the highest level of security. GHMM Bookkeeping Services agrees to hold all client information in strict confidence. Information will not be shared with third parties, except:

• When explicit written consent is provided by you.
• When required to comply with a valid legal process, subpoena, or government request.
• To trusted third-party software providers (e.g., cloud storage, accounting platforms) necessary to perform the services, provided they adhere to strict security standards.
